Watercolour Inks from Cosmic Shimmer including pearlescent watercolours. These water-based inks are ideal for creating watercolour effects in journalling, scrapbooking, mixed media art and more. For use on porous surfaces, these inks are available in a wide selection of colours and can be used in their concentrated form either direct from the bottle or from a palette using the built-in pipette, or dilute them with water for more of a wash of colour. They are intermixable, enabling you to create even more colours, and can be applied in layers, one colour on top of another (allowing the first layer to dry before applying the next) which will also achieve different shades and effects, making them extremely versatile.
